Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot refund or exchange you completely.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Comes with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within days.

Items on Sale
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@sarahjeannot.com and send your item to: 17 rue Henri de Savornin – Lourmarin – France
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped in their own name to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time you receive may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
