These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the website http://www.sarahjeannot.com, subject to the specific conditions indicated in the presentation of the products.

The customer declares that he has read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order. The validation of your order is therefore valid for acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 3: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (tax included).

In the event of an order delivered to a country other than mainland France, the customer is the importer of the products he purchases. For all products shipped outside the overseas territories or the European Union, the invoice is established on the price excluding tax. The customer is solely responsible for declarations and payments of any customs duty or other tax that may be payable in his country.

The delivery costs are included in the prices of the products offered online.

ARTICLE 4: Product availability time

The available products appear on our site accompanied by the mention “available”. In order to best meet the expectations of our customers, the availability of our products is regularly updated on our website.

If you ordered an unavailable product after the validation of your order, you will be immediately informed. We will cancel your purchase. If the amount had already been debited, you will be immediately refunded.

ARTICLE 5: Order

You can order our products directly on our website or by phone on 09 54 98 91 68 from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

To place an order on our site, choose your items and add them to the basket. Validate the contents of your basket.

If you already have a customer account on our site, please identify yourself.

If you do not have a customer account on our site, please create one.     

  • Check the “delivery” box for validation.    
  • Choose your method of payment and check the “acceptance of the GTC” box.     
  • Confirm your payment.

You will receive an email confirming your order at the email address you provided when creating your customer account.

Check the details and the total amount of your order. Correct any errors beforehand before accepting them.

The transfer of ownership of the product will only take place in full payment of your order.

ARTICLE 6: Delivery

We make our deliveries only in mainland France. Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories are therefore excluded.

We deliver exclusively to the address indicated by the customer. We proceed to the delivery of our products in mainland France including Corsica and the DOM-TOM. Delivery takes place at the address indicated by the buyer.

Delivery times are indicative. They may change due to various factors such as the availability of our carrier / order processing, etc.

ARTICLE 8: Payment terms

Several payment methods are accepted. As a customer, you have the option of paying by: bank card / bank transfer / check.

We accept payment by credit card / visa / master card / eurocard. When paying online, indicate the number of your bank card, its expiration date and the 3 digits on the back of it. Online payment is secure.

We accept payment by check. We only allow checks issued by a bank located in mainland France. Made out to Sarah Jeannot send it to the following address: Boutique Sarah Jeannot, 22 rue Bussy l’Indien, 13006 Marseille, France.

As soon as you place your order, we will reserve your product for a period of 7 days. If the check is not received within the time indicated, we will be obliged to cancel your order. Your check will be immediately returned to you upon receipt of it. Payment is cashed upon receipt of the check.

We require full payment of the order.

ARTICLE 9: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal to exercise within seven working days of receipt of the article. You have neither to justify reasons nor to pay penalties, apart from the costs of return;

The goods are to be returned to the following address, the return costs being your responsibility: Sarah Jeannot, 22 rue Bussy l’Indien, 13006 Marseille, France.

In order for our returned product to be marketable again, you agree to return it to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The packaging can be opened and the article used as long as it is possible to market it.

ARTICLE 10: Guarantee and right to return the product (hidden defect or defect)

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and therefore from the application of article L211-4 of the Consumer Code which provides that:

“The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. ”

“It also responds to defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility. ”

The guarantee is applicable to all our products having a defective character (absence of functionality, product unfit for the use which you can expect, absence of the characteristics presented online, partial or total dysfunction of the product, breakdown of the product) and this, even in the absence of a contractual guarantee.

In the event of a lack of conformity, we undertake to:     

  • replace the product;     
  • repair the product within 30 days and free of charge.

ARTICLE 11: Conditions and deadlines for reimbursement

The reimbursement of products is full. It is carried out by bank transfer / check as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 12: Consumer complaints

All comments, images, illustrations on our site are exclusively reserved for us. Under intellectual property and copyright, any use is prohibited except for private use.

Without prior authorization, any reproduction of our site, whether partial or total, is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 14: Liability

In accordance with article 1147 of the Civil Code, we engage our contractual liability as of right towards you in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded.

However, our contractual responsibility cannot be engaged in the situations mentioned below:     

  • force majeure;    
  •  foreign fact which cannot be imputable to us;     
  • The photographs / illustrations / images on our site have no contractual value. They cannot therefore engage our responsibility

ARTICLE 15: Personal data

Certain information relating to the customer will be transmitted to the seller (namely the surname, first name, address, postal code and telephone number) in order to allow the processing and delivery of the products ordered.

The site’s commercial offers will be sent to the customer by SMS / email / telephone / post if no opposition has been expressed. The customer can at any time oppose the commercial offers free of charge by logging onto his personal space or by post to Sarah Jeannot, 22 rue Bussy l’Indien, 13006 Marseille, France.

Under articles 39 and 40 of the law dated January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition of his personal data. The customer exercises this right via:

ARTICLE 16: Competent jurisdiction and applicable law

In the event of a dispute between the consumer client and our company, the applicable law is French law.     

  • The French courts have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.     
  • The French courts are the only competent in the event of litigation.
